Can it tell storm damage from a quote enquiry?
Yes. Active leaks and anything unsafe are flagged urgent with safety advice. Quote requests are sorted as normal enquiries.
Will it promise a start date?
Never. It only says when you'll call back, and you agree dates yourself.
I have a team. Can they all see the jobs?
Yes, on Hello Anytime Pro up to 5 people share the diary and you can give each job to someone.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up (usually after 15 to 30 seconds; the divert code lets you choose), the call goes to Hello Anytime. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
