Electrical jobs come in bursts: tripping power, a quote for a rewire, an EV charger. Voicemail loses most of them.
Danger checks first
Burning smells and sparks are flagged urgent straight away, with safe advice for the caller. Everything else is sorted by how soon it's needed.
Quotes chased for you Switching on in pilot
Sent a price for a rewire and heard nothing? Hello Anytime checks in after 3 days and a week, then stops the moment they reply.
One clear summary per call
No rambling voicemails. Name, job, address and urgency in one text, and the full transcript in the app.
The questions you'd ask, every time.
You can change these in the app. Hello Anytime asks them naturally and never makes up an answer. Other languages are being tested in the pilot.

Can it tell a real emergency from a routine job?
It asks about burning smells, scorch marks and sparking, and flags those as urgent with safe advice. Routine work is marked by how soon the caller needs it.
Do landlords and letting agents work with it?
Yes. It takes the tenant's details, the property address and who to invoice, and puts it all in the summary.
Will it give prices for EV chargers?
Only the "from" prices you add, and it always says you'll confirm the exact price after seeing the job.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up (usually after 15 to 30 seconds; the divert code lets you choose), the call goes to Hello Anytime. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
