What if someone's in danger?
Hello Anytime tells the caller to ring 999 first. It is not an emergency service.
Can it tell the caller my price?
Only the "from" prices you add, like "call-out from £75", always saying you'll confirm the final price.
Will it answer while I'm on another job?
Yes. Your phone rings first; if you don't answer, Hello Anytime picks up.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up (usually after 15 to 30 seconds; the divert code lets you choose), the call goes to Hello Anytime. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
