The phone rings most when the ramps are full. Every missed call is an MOT or a repair going to the garage down the road.
The reg in every summary
Hello Anytime asks for the registration and writes it in capitals, so you can check the vehicle before you ring back.
MOT and service reminders Switching on in pilot
Tick "MOT reminder" on a job and Hello Anytime texts them before it's due next year.
"It's ready" in one tap
Send "your car is ready to collect" in your garage's name from the job, and see replies in the app.
The questions you'd ask, every time.
You can change these in the app. Hello Anytime asks them naturally and never makes up an answer. Other languages are being tested in the pilot.

One tap on any job sends the right text in your business name. Replies come straight to you, and anyone can reply STOP. "On my way" and "ready" texts are live; scheduled reminders and quote chasing are switching on during the pilot.

What if a caller has broken down on the road?
Hello Anytime asks where they are (road, direction, nearest junction), tells them to get somewhere safe, and flags it urgent for you.
Will it quote for repairs?
Only the "from" prices you add, like "MOT £54.85". For repairs it says you'll price it after a look.
Can it take bookings for set MOT slots?
It adds the day they ask for as a request and you confirm. Instant booking from your free slots is being added during the pilot.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up (usually after 15 to 30 seconds; the divert code lets you choose), the call goes to Hello Anytime. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
