You can delete your account and all its data at any point. It takes a minute in the app, or send the form below.
In the app (fastest)
Open Hello Anytime, tap your initials at the top, then Delete my account. We email you a code to check it is you, then everything is deleted straight away.
No app? Use the form
Send the form below from anywhere. We check it is really you by email, then delete within 30 days (usually within 2 working days).
Switch off forwarding
On your mobile, dial ##61# and press call, so missed calls go back to your own voicemail.
What we delete, and what we keep
Deleted: your login, your business details and settings, every call summary, transcript and recording link, diary bookings, follow-up texts, your team list, and your blocked and skip numbers.
Call audio at our voice provider is deleted automatically 30 days after each call, whether or not you delete your account.
Kept, only if the law needs it: invoices and payment records for 6 years (HMRC rules), and a short note that the account was deleted and when, so we do not contact you again. Nothing else.
