Every pupil detail you'd ask
Licence, gearbox, experience, theory and test dates in one text, so your call back is about times, not questions.

Lesson reminders Switching on in pilot
A text the day before each lesson in your school's name, so fewer pupils forget.
The questions you'd ask, every time.
You can change these in the app. Hello Anytime asks them naturally and never makes up an answer. Other languages are being tested in the pilot.

Can it tell pupils my prices?
Only the "from" prices you add, like "lessons from £38 an hour", and it says you'll confirm block prices.
Will it promise a test date?
Never. Test dates are booked through the DVSA, and Hello Anytime only notes what the pupil already has.
I'm a trainee instructor (PDI). Is that a problem?
Not at all. Add it to your details and Hello Anytime will say it if callers ask.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up within about 20 seconds, the call goes to Hello Anytime. On a mobile the divert code is **61*your Hello Anytime number**20#, and you can change the 20 to 5, 10, 15, 25 or 30 seconds. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
