Can it handle office moves?
Yes. It asks for the business name, number of desks, IT equipment, and when the move can happen (often weekends).
Will it promise a date?
Never. It notes the date they need and whether it's fixed, and you confirm.
Do I still do home surveys?
That's up to you. Hello Anytime notes what you need to decide, and you can offer a video or home survey when you call back.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers keep ringing your usual number. You forward only the calls you miss to a Hello Anytime number we give you, which your customers never need to know.
When does Hello Anytime answer?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up within about 20 seconds, the call goes to Hello Anytime. On a mobile the divert code is **61*your Hello Anytime number**20#, and you can change the 20 to 5, 10, 15, 25 or 30 seconds. You can also send every call straight to Hello Anytime, for example at night, and switch it back with a short code.
What about a landline?
Mobiles use one short code. Landlines divert differently depending on your provider, and some (like BT) may charge for it. We'll help you set it up.
